Sorry for the lack of updates since Ride London – I got sidetracked by holiday and work.

I’m pleased to say that I completed the 100 miles in 5 hours, 36 minutes which I was delighted with. It was a fantastic day with great support around the course. I have already entered the ballot for next year’s event!

I’d like to thank everyone who sponsored me – the thought of raising so much money (hopefully over £2000) really kept me going on the day.
